Colin brings with him over sixteen years of direct real estate experience within the community of Prince George. A previous red seal chef and restauranteur, Colin settled down from the restaurant life and transitioned into Real Estate when he met his wife and business partner, Bailey.
Colin is passionate about helping the less fortunate in the community as well as help other Entrepreneurs and real estate agents succeed. In 2019, Colin founded the local crowd funding charity movement (100 Heroes Prince George), created a dedicated online learning platform for educating, training, and supporting other real estate agents to achieve their goals. In addition to helping his clients buy and sell homes, Colin is One Oak’s resident expert in all things digital marketing for your home sale, including social media marketing, virtual tours, and more.
Bailey Tobin

Bailey brings with her 17 years of experience as an interior designer, running a successful local design business and having worked on a variety of projects with home owners and commercial businesses from across the province. Bailey was formally trained and graduated with honours in interior design at BCIT. Over the years, Bailey grew her love of real estate through seeing her husband and business partner, Colin’s, passion and dedication to his clients, and wanted to give back and offer a better type of real estate brokerage experience to her community than was currently out there. Bailey is passionate about helping her clients see the potential in their real estate investments.
Cherie Burkholder

Cherie brings with her a strong passion for all things Real Estate. Having been raised in Prince George with a home flipper/investor and a Realtor it didn’t take long to set the foundation to get into Real Estate herself. Having renovated multiple houses and maintain rental properties for 10 years, Cherie decided it was time to become a licensed Realtor. Since then Cherie has been offering her clients a fun and knowledge enriching experience of buying and selling homes. Her business is built on dedication, communication and trust.
Jessica Livingstone

Jessica is the Operations Leader and a licensed real estate agent for One Oak Real Estate Group. Her passion for real estate and design came from a very young age, she grew up watching her parents and grandparents flip houses together. Jessica earned a Bachelor of Interior Design in June of 2019 and began working with One Oak co-founder, Bailey, at her business Design Logic Interiors, gaining practical experience and growing her love of design and real estate. Jessica’s goal at One Oak is to provide people with a great experience in finding the home of their dreams, whether it is a ready to move into home or one they would like to renovate and make their own. Outside of work, Jessica loves to spend time with her family, friends, and of course her 3 dogs!
